Meanwhile I noticed that coxae of this specimen are grey (not yellow as in E. maculata) and I came acros the Empis variegata here: http://www.spessart-fliegen.de/diptera/empididae/empis/empis_variegata/empis_variegata.html

Am I right?

Very nice, these Empis. We have the Bibio-mimicry ciliata and now the Rhagio mimicry.
