Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Empididae - ID? --> Rhamphomyia, probably of the sulcata group

Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, earthwall (overgrown with small bushes like hazel, maple, roses, sloes, blackberry bushes) under big oakes, at a leaf of Populus sp., 6th of May 2020, Photos: kuv. Please help to get the ID.

The prey seems to be a smaller Hilara
