Hello,
This is my first post on this forum so I apologize if I make mistakes (and for my bad English too:), long live the translators). I photographed this Diptera in my garden (Lot-et-Garonne (47), France) on an
Oenanthe pimpinelloides. On insecte.org, we think of
Delia platura ♀ (
https://www.insec...p;t=213735) but we would also like to have your opinion.

No idea ? Perhaps it's impossible to identify the species.

Female Anthomyiidae are hard to identify. Some male
Delia can be identified based on bristling of the hind tibia (many posteroventrals) and hairs on hind femur and mid fifth tarsomere.
