Hello,

pink scutellum tip and curve in M-vein point to Muscina and yellowish legs to M. stabulans I think.

P.S.: Always give location. I don't know, if there are similar flies, if it wasn't found in Europe... Also other data like find date, size of the fly etc. may be helpful in many cases.

Thanks Jürgen, and you are righ: I forgot to mention important details. It was seen yesterday in our garden, Tilburg (NL)
