Hello,

a 4 mm Phasia on marguerite flowers on a meadow near forest this afternoon (northwest Germany). Phasia pusilla?

BTW: There were many Tachinids on the wing today and last week: Tachina cf. fera, Phania funesta, Siphona sp., Phorocera sp., Gastrolepta anthracina and some other, not identified yet. Also the first Rhagio (I think vitripennis) today. Not to mention all the other flies... I did take more than 400 photos this afternoon alone. Will have to post many flies of the last weeks here... :S

Yes, I don’t expect any of the southern lookalikes at your garden .
