Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Micropezidae ID - Neria sp.? (DE, 2020-04-25)

I'll try to be cautious here as I've recently slipped up with a Neria ID.
First thing I notice is that the head is long, there is a wide occiput behind the eyes and the ocelli also start behind the eyes.
That's Neria longiceps as described at http://micropezid...my/term/25
So looking for confirmatory characters from that description:
1. Thorax: Scutellum with scutellar hairs positioned in the middle (rather than at the apex). - can't see that
2. Legs: Hind femur with two black rings - true
3. Wings: Veins Sc & R1 very close together - can't see that

(now I start typing a response I can't see the images anymore, hope I got that right)
