Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Empis with exserted long pennis-->Empis s.str. sp. n.

This male Empis was found draught in a pool; it's a bit descomposed so I prefered not to dry it, but it seems Empis s. str. The long curved pennis should be a clue to know the species, I hope. Body length: 4.2 mm. (Spain: Girona: Beuda: March 19th 2020)
