October 21st i took a picture of this very small - 3 or 4 mm - spider which I found in low foliage near a pond in my garden.
Could anyone help me to identify it?

Hello, Niek!
Not 100% sure (but 98%), but this seems to be is a male Linyphiid of species
Linyphia hortensis (most likely; subadult, adult in spring) or probably
Neriene clathrata. Both species have males of this habitus and colouration, with white markings at the front of the opisthosoma (abdomen).
