Good evening,
This 2 mm fly I found in October at a little bridge across the Eyserbeek, a stream in Southern Limburg.
I have no idea.

Family Ephydridae, maybe Kahis can tell more...

When there is water, Ephydridae is a possibility of course. I will try to think of that, next time.
