Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, hedge with a drainage ditch between a playground and a field of a nursery school for trees, grown up with bushes like Corylus, Acer campestre, Salix and other, at a leaf of Rhamnus sp.., 3rd of May 2019, Outdoorphotos: kuv.
Is my idea – after searching in the Diptera Gallery – ok? Please help me to get the ID.

Hi Kuv,

with 4 DC I think it should be Gymnocheta viridis.

Yes. Chrysosomopsis is late summer species.
Spring is always Gymnochaeta (much more common)
