That thin loop at the tail end looks like the male sexual organ of Tephritoidea, and the wings are consistent with that superfamily. Coming to light suggests a nocturnal species, and the genus
Leptopyrgota of the mostly nocturnal family Pyrgotidae has an enlarged antenna and similar wing.
