In America we only have one similar-looking genus with bristles on mid tibia: Oecothea.

Thank you! Is it possible to id those from photos with needed parts or genitals needed? They seem to be found near this building so I would like to know for the future.

It should be probably Oecothea fenestralis species-group. It is the most difficult species-complex. I am still looking for material from North Russia of such specimens preserved in alcohol for DNA analysis. Maybe do you have the possibility to collect some males and females to send for these studies?
