Hi,
Seems the good family ...
Perhaps Tephrochlamys rufiventris ?
5,5 mm with wings - dead in the kitchen yesterday (18-02-2020) - Cuise La motte (Northen France).

The pictures are not enough for me to make a proper ID to the generic or species level. If the specimen has the two orbital bristles equal in length it should be a small Neoleria sp... :|
Maybe I can help you If you will have pics of higher resolution and a photo of head in lateral view...

It is a small female specimen of Neoleria species: N. ruficeps ;)
