Heleomyza. Anterior orbital bristle is shorter than the posterior. It's a
Gymnomus sp. If the abdomen is more grey than should be
caesia species group, if not than a member of the
spectabilis species-group...
BTW
I have never seen a
Heleomyza species with such large dark dots at the base of dorsocentral bristles ;).
