Apparently the genus Acerocnema. Only A. tiefi known from Austria peviously, but it is not excluded that it is another species of this genus.

I could find Acerocnema macrocera as well. It is an early species, associated with flowering Corydalis

According to

Sifner, F. (2003). The family Scathophagidae (Diptera) of the Czech and Slovak Republics (with notes on selected Palaearctic taxa). Sb. Nar. Muzea v Praze. RB, Prirodni vrdy, 59(1-2).

A. tiefi BECKER, 1894 is a synonym of A. macrocera.
In my opinion the genital drawings are not clear enough, but my guess is A. macrocera.

Thank you, Helge

Å ifner synonymized A. tiefi and A. pokornyi with A. macrocera. However, all three are given as proper species in the Fauna Europaea (2014). I do not know which conception is correct.
