Hi,
can this Sepsis species be determined on species level? Found mid Feb on house wall in Vienna

Hello Carnifex,

Surprisingly yes! It is a Sepsis fulgens. The male front femora has a distinctive ventro-apical protuberance with two small seta. That is visible in this photo.
