It looks like a darker form of S. humilis to me, but I'm not totally convinced about it. Could you take a pic of the scutellum in dorsal view?

It could be another species... I'm not sure if the mesopleuron is hairy... Maybe not...

Sorry, but I haven't any modern key published yet. The key which included S. humilis was published by Withers (1987) and with small correction can be used from this webpage: https://www.onlin...?key_no=19.
Now, pls mark this specimen as S. humilis...

Finally coming back to the specimen, I find the mesopleuron and pteropleuron bare, as well as the subscutellum. I am not sure about the arista (long vs. short plumose), so I am posting another photo:

Ignoring that, I am reaching either S. affinis or S. flavifrons.
