Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, walking path between uncultivated fields, at a leaf of Quercus, 20th of September 2019, Photos: kuv. Is my idea -- after checking the Diptera Gallery -- ok? Please help to get the ID.
