I found this fly at Usseglio (Italian Alps at ca 14350m) at a sunny border of the river.
The Dutch AI-determination came to Tachina fera/magnicornis, but I am curious what it is.

If the Central European key is valid in the Italian Alps this is
fera rather than
magnicornis: male with long claws and no orbitals.
