With such conviction you must be right, Valery, but I have never seen a lauxaniid with such slenderish legs devoid of any large setae (apart from the apicals and preapicals).

Hmm, I'm still not convinced about the family level of this specimen... Maybe we have to ask Steve Gaimari, what he thinks about it? :|

Just please note the wing venation. Take a look at the MCAD, and you'll see this is the only family with apically divergent veins R4+5 and M; neither Tephritoidea, nor Aulacigastridae show this character.
Also note apically widened scutellum and midtibia with dorsoapical seta!
