With 2 ad setae on the midtibia and black spot near antennae, this could be Anthomyia confusanea, but can we be sureā€¦..no!
Then we need a photo from above to see if the crossveins are darkened.

I am totaly wrong..:)
Looking at your other photos on your website (which I overlooked)....It is not Anthomyia at all.
There is also no second ad seta on the midtibia, so I have to look again which genera/species this could be.
