I tried do better pics, but the fly was angry with me... never quiet, I had to follow it during minutes, from flower to flower, and finally I get this photo, but maybe is not seen enough detail for identify... :(

Zaragoza, Aragon, Spain. 200 meters high, continental-mediterranean climate. In urban park. Size: the same tha E. tenax, about 11-12 mm.

Indeed a difficult picture to ID this Eristalis. I'm guessing it's either E. abusiva or E. interrupta (E. nemorum). abusiva seems the better guess, but it remains a guess. I'm far from sure here!

Thanks Iolaire!

I will put maybe Eristalis abusiva, waiting to more opinions - or well an exemplar that let me photograph it better ;)

Eristalis abusiva is not cited from Spain, as E. interrupta do. Then is better that I put E. interrupta?
