Looking at the shape of the 5th sternite, in which the space between the surstylus is more square (broad and round in A. quinquemaculata) and with the spot at wingbase narrowly connected to the lateral spot aboveā€¦..A. pluvialis seems right.
The arista should have very short pubescence though..(hairs shorter than basal width)!!
You can compare this with your A. quinquemaculata.
