Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Pinneberg-Waldenau near Hamburg, at the edge of the mixed forest Klövensteen, at a metallic railing under big oaks and pine trees; Outsidephotos: kuv, 7th of June 2019. To me it looks like belonging to Eustalomyia or nearby. Please help to get the ID.

It is
Eustalomyia histrio or
E. festiva. The differences are the number of av setae on the hind tibia and the length of hairing of the arista. I'm afraid I can't see them both on the photos.
