Hello,
I found this small fly on wet hay (29.09.2015, forest near Furth im Wald, Bavaria, Germany).
Is it possible to determine it?

It is a Chloropidae, but I can't be sure which genus/species
I am not a expert and I'm sure an expert would be able to identify your lovely fly ! :)
