found on a dead snail (Helix pomatia) in southern Hungary near Makó, 2019-06-14.

Looks more like Lonchaeidae

It is a calyptrate fly, not Lonchaeidae. See the complete (meso)scutal suture. I have no other idea than Hydrotaea. Anyway, my knowledge of Muscidae is poor.

It is Ophyra (or Hydrotaea without tooth on apex of f1).

At first I also thought of the Lonchaeidae because of the body shape (in top view) and eye colour.
