For me it's probably some
Psychoda (
Logima) sp.
The lobe well separated from the last segment of the antennae excludes
P. (
Logima)
albipennis.
So maybe
P. (
Logima)
satchelli or
P. (
Logima)
zetterstedti...
But this group of species really needs a huge revision!
