B. occlusa belongs in Cliopisa, with R4 ending in the costa rather than in R1. As fas as I can see but difficult becuase of the dark stigma, it ends in R1 in this specimen. Also against B. (C.) occlusa are the presence of a dark marking over r-m and the fact that the posterior vein of the posterior fork ends in the wing margin, quite distant from the anal vein (rather than on the anal vein before that vein reaches the wing margin. I am not sure of how exactly the veins are running at the base of the posterior fork, but B. (B.) spinigera looks to be a better candidate.
