Hello everybody,

is an ID possible? How many similar species exist?

Seen in Germany, Baden-Württemberg, boarder to Swizerland, Waldshut, performed the courtship display on a tree stump, 05 April 2011

Thanks a lot and best regards,
Chris

Aside from Sepsis punctum, which is distinctive in having only one pair of postsutural dorsocentrals, species of Sepsis are identified largely based on the shape of the underside of the male fore femur and the pattern of pruinosity on the pleura.
