I think that this could be a Pales species (particularly pales) based upon the bluish color, reddish-brown hind tibia and long hairs seemingly at the facial ridge. Is this correct? I think it is also a female but i'm not sure. If it isn't a Pales sp, then i could use a better suggestion.
