Well, it is a male Stomina. Very nice find in Germany, where only tachinoides is to be e pected, but these daysm, with climate change, you never know.
I will publish shortly the first records of Peleteria iavana ( = varia) for NL and B. This species reached Germany from the south (Kaiserstuhl !) only in 2011. So (some) Tachinids are heading north rapidly.

Without genitalia, it is difficult to trll the Stomina’s apart.
