Another Haematopota. This time I am pretty sure this is H scutellata, as the dot on scutellum is more visible than on the female I have.
My interrogation is on the description: "no red on the tergite 2-3". Variation? Mistake?
Due to the position in which it dryed, I can't make a good picture of the first antenal segment, but it is clearly shorter than twice the height on lateral view. On top view, apical 1/3 is shiny.

I don’ agree. The dot on scutellum is small, there is brown at lateral sides of tergite 2 and finally, scutellata is a strict mountain species.

Well, my second option is H bigoti. And I forgot to mention that hairs on eyes are really long. But antennas appear totally black.

This specimen is from the same area (same region, mountain are far away) than my previous female H scutellata
