yes it is of the amentaria group. I think that it is actually amentaria.
I am not well right now. I have Bronchitis and my head is very cloudy.
I will read my notes and look at my specimens sometime soon.
I will return today or tomorrow...

now that i see your additional photos, we can eliminate amentaria because of the petiolate r45.

male Pollenia leclerquiana matches better with these photos.
atramentaria has a golden shimmer to the abdomen and hairs at certain places on the wing. I don't know of other petiolate amentaria group species.

you should always specify a date and location with your photos. I assume that you collected this in Spain. a month and a region is a good start.
