Is it possible to tell family and genus of this small fly?

Hi kurt & Dmitry,
Yes it is Piophilidae. Its even a a Parapiiphila and one of the very exciting species. Either dudai or pectininervis, but you'd need a collected male.

It seems that we have only pectiniventris and not dudai in Sweden.

Well, that is no guarantee! If you'd once set a malaisetrap on the carcass of a deer and you'll be surprised to learn what you would find in Sweden. The current knowledge is far from complete. Just look at
