Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Bellin (east of Kiel), at the edge of a forest, undergrowth with many bushes of Rubus, at a leaf of Urtica sp., 25th of May 2019, (Photos: kuv). Please help to get the ID.

Female in subfamily Tanypodinae. If the fourth tarsomeres are short and thick, Clinotanypus nervosus.

Clinotanypus nervosus

I do not have a full description of this species. Your picture generally matches the photos of barcoded specimens and there is supposed to be only one species in Europe with similar wing veins and cordate fourth tarsomeres. Clinotanypus are variable in color. The common North American and African species each had four names based on intraspecific color variation.
