I am looking for a name for this Tabanidae, photographed in Graubünden, Switzerland on 6 July 2019.
Altitude 1780 meters.

This is the nigerrima-form of auripila. Did you find it close together of the other record ?

Ah, great!
Yes it was at the same location, probably only a few (tens of) meters away from each other, as the time in between was 4 minutes.
