Female Blaesoxipha plumicornis (Sarcophagidae).
Note the ovipositor in the last pic.

Fantastic! Never heard of this species. I had some more photos so I am appending a better photo of the ovipositor.

All Blaesoxipha are parasitoids of Acrididae (grasshoppers).
