I have no idea what species that fly could be of.
6 photos of the same fly, it was quite difficult to photograph, it sat down for just a few seconds.
Behavior was typical for a territorial male

Eriothrix argyreatus?
Thelaira solivaga?
Thricops semicinereus male?
