Thread subject: Diptera.info :: "Sulphureous" Dolichopodidae ID

I photographed these Dolichopodidae on the shore of "Venus' Mirror Lake", a salted and sulphureous body of water on the Sicilian Island of Pantelleria, on August 29th, 2017. Could they be Tachytrechus?

It is Tachytrechus, maybe tessellatus

Great thanks! T. tessellatus is known in the Mediterranean basin, except for Egypt and Israel?
