I photographed this Tachinidae in Wallis, Switzerland on 5 July 2019. Can this be identified as Nowickia marklini? Or are there other contestants?
Altitude 1700 meters.

Yes, marklini it is. The abdominal pattern is pretty variable, this one is relatively dark.
