3 of the 4 jumping spiders I collected (South Africa) were parasitized by flies like this one. There were no visible parasites on the spiders when I found them. When I opened the containers two days later the only thing in each container was a spider exoskeleton and a larva. The flies emerged two weeks later. Could this be Acroceridae?

I think it's Ogcodes.

Thank you John.:) I've just discovered the Manual of Afrotropical Diptera online :D and after comparing the wing veins, I also think Ogcodes.
