I consulted the review by Hesse (1938, Annals of the South African Museum 34:775-780). It could be Callynthrophora. I don't trust Hesse's key to species because he never saw the type of C. capensis Schiner.

Edit: I didn't read enough. The more common and closely related Corsomyza can have clubbed antenna too. So you have something in that part of the family but I won't say which genus.
