Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Empis (Xanthempis) lutea?

Hi, I photographed this small specimen (<5mm) in Scharstein, Upper Austria on August 24. From the pictures in the gallery, it resembles Empis (Xanthempis) lutea. Is this the correct ID?
