Berlin - August 2019 - 5mm male?
Hello everyone,
I found this walking around on a leaf in the sunshine. I guess Lonchaea and my guess for a species is Lonchaea fugax. I think it is a male.
Thank you,
John

Hi John Yes its a male
Lonchaea but
not L. fugax which has entirely yellow tarsomeres and is smaller. At 5mm it could possibly be one of the
L. peregrina group. Happy to have a look at it if you still have the specimen
