Berlin - August 2019 - 11mm female?

found this sitting on a stony road leading to a hilltop area. I am tired today and i don't want to key it. I've worked the field all day and i'd like to relax :)

I think that it looks like Tachininae. My guess is Peleteria rubescens. I also guess that it is a female.
