I observed this Tachinidae on the 22th of August in Bergues in the north of France. Maybe
Pales pavida ?

No, Pales the scutellum is red.
So if you have a bluish Tachinidae Tachininae, it is Epicampocera succincta, the classic Pieris parasitoid.
