Berlin - July 2018 - 4mm
Hello everyone,
I'm having trouble with this one. For one thing, the eyes are striped. Another problem is the lack of spots on the abdomen. I really don't know where this one belongs. I count 8 irregular rows of ac hairs. I think it is Lauxaniidae. The darkened abdomen is strange. Some bristles seem to be missing. Any suggestions?

Hello and Thank you, Paul.
I should've checked the gallery. I thought about Calliopum but my list is outdated and only contains dark species. I didn't know it was formerly Sapromyza either, so i didn't try to key it. My apologies. I should've figured this out myself.
