Nematocera. Sciaroidea. If I can guess only from the wing pattern (hardly any more characters are visible), it could be Diromyia fasciata.

Not Ditomyia fasciata but most likely a Mycetophila

Mycetophila sounds good. Diromyia fasciata I can't say because I don't find any image on the web.
