Hello Tristram, i also think Hydrotaea but i'm not sure. I don't have much experience with them. I only have H. cyrtoneurina and i forget what it looks like. LOL. I have to revisit this genus to learn more about them. I don't find them very often for some reason.
Anyway, that is two votes for Hydrotaea. Mine a question and Tristram's a positive.
