this is a strange one. bluish abdomen throws me off. However, i don't think it is Polietes. Polietes have a rounder abdomen. I always think of Polietes as a Calliphora collided with a Muscina. Plus, i think that Polietes generally have stronger bristles on the side of the thorax.

I see a strong pd on t3 but i don't know of any dark Phaonia with a bluish dusting. Perhaps it is Hydrotaea? I also don't know of any bluish Thricops.

I say wait for an opinion from Nikita.
